The workshop series organized by SWATI brought critical conversations on gender to the forefront. It helped faculty and students understand the root causes of gender-based violence and empowered them with the knowledge to address it. A truly transformative effort that will leave a lasting impact.
SWATI’s gender and gender-based violence workshop was a much-needed initiative. It created a safe space for students and faculty to openly discuss sensitive issues. The sessions were interactive and deeply informative, inspiring us to challenge stereotypes and promote gender equality both on and off campus.
The series of workshops on Gender and Gender based violence in 15 colleges of different Districts got concluded on 23rd of December with the end of the final workshop at Kalinga Mavidyalaya G. Udayagiri, Kandhamal.More than 500 Students and Faculties participated in this programmes and gave their feedback on various aspects of Gender and Gender based violence.
